Eastport Carded Sliver
This is a blend of 70% American grown Alpaca fiber and 30% Louet North America Dyed Merino Top. The blend is carded, not combed, providing one of the few carded, colored fibers on the market. Eastport Alpaca Fiber is all American grown fiber and pooled by Eastport Alpaca of Maine. Eastport has also created a sorting and scouring facility to handle thousands of lbs of Alpaca fiber annually. Currently 7 shades are available, but 5 more shades will be available before the end of 2009.
